(well, it seemed like the appropriate thing to say...)

eteed; the template does indeed seem big 'cause we're working at a whopping 400 DPI RGB (3440 x 4860 pixels), so like Mark said, it does tend to shrink when placed on the master file. However, your line will stay really nice at that resolution. I just wanted to mention this to make sure no one does their work at a lesser resolution that'd require enlarging.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19273409.post-1157586848923473282006-09-06T19:54:00.000-04:002006-09-06T19:54:00.000-04:00I'm gonna draw me up somethin' purdy! I don't really SUGGEST duotone, I'm just saying it is the variety of different styles that will make it so interesting.

2. The big template character is 72 dpi. The comic book cover is 300 dpi. When I drag your character over into the master file, it shrinks a lot... but you are right, I will still need to shrink it some more to squeeze it into the crowd. So, ah, umm, yeah, I would not go TOO crazy with the details - but you'll be surprised how much does survive. I usually am.Mark Martinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04799399359022340724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19273409.post-1157497253506053162006-09-05T19:00:00.000-04:002006-09-05T19:00:00.000-04:00ah, umm. do u want the pic to be line art, which ...ah, umm. do u want the pic to be line art, which u will then digi-paint?
or do u want the pic fully rendered?
also, the template figure seems kinda BIG when printed out. i mean, if i send u a pic that was drawn that big, won't all the lines and details fall out when the pic gets shrunky-dunk to the needed size?eeTeeDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04341830695525951970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19273409.post-1157457103646683512006-09-05T07:51:00.000-04:002006-09-05T07:51:00.000-04:00cool!
