The Voice of Reason made the faux record label. Because I was/am baffled by the publication of booklets on the subject of parliamentary procedure (and I just noticed VoR misspelled parliamentary).

SEE, Benny? I told you it was better without the story! Why wouldn't you believe me?!?

Now I'm baffled- in what situation did you encounter any parliamentary procedures?

Day job. The company we work for publishes booklets about p p, and I'm like "who buys these things anyway?" and VoR is like "lots of people follow p p in meetings, all kinds of meetings, like Starfleet Academy geeks and corporate goons and all kinds of stuff" and I'm like "well DANG!"

Ah! Out here in Californy we follow Parliament Funkadelic procedures. Whomever has the most groove on is allowed to speak first.
