This post will tie up 3 - count em - 3 loose ends!

1! Here's "I Can't Stay Mad At You" by the amazing Skeeter Davis! Remember, citizen: Steal Music Responsibly! If you like this song enough to save it, you have to balance your karma by purchasing at least one Skeeter Davis song from iTunes or another qualified legal music retailer.

2! Isn't it about time I mentioned CONDI again?

3! Here's yet another mullet hairdo plus Charles Nelson Reilly glasses photo of me. Yet another piece of trash that floated to the top of Eric Talbot's file folders. I don't know why he is going through all this old stuff. I'm thinking they're probably not HIS file folders, but Mirage Studios' files. Why would ERIC have this goofy photo of me that was taken for the ill-fated "Art of Mirage" book, a book that was to feature interviews and articles and artwork by and about assorted Ninja Turtle artists?

Good PhotoShop, but you should have put it through some masking to get the lighting consistent with the lighting coming in the same direction as at Condi.

That said, though I'm a fan of Condi, I always hated her Hair Tribute to Diana Ross' "Blue Period".

Like I'm gonna spend hours getting the lighting perfect! I work my fingers to the bone for you kids and what do I get? HEARTACHE!!!

This guy wants you to go through all that and he doesn't even have the time to type his name into the name field? Hrmph.

Funny, I mentioned Condi today on my blog, too! Great minds stink alike.

What a mighty mullet you sported, Mark.

That Skeeter Davis tune is fabulous! She's news to me, even though I have a ton of old country and female vocalist CDs. I see that she passed away a few years ago-- how sad. How will we ever replace that last great generation of entertainers that is dying off by the day? Oh, Buck Owens, we hardly knew ye... (sob)

You PHOTOSHOPPED the Condi photo? I guess I don't recall her ever thinking that out loud, now that I think about it. It surely would've made a clip on 'The Daily Show' if she had.

I gotta admit, those "lighting" issues in Pshop will send you over the freeking EDGE!

It's funny. I remember your hair that way, but never really considered it anything out of the ordinary. Until NOW! You could have played bass for Ratt. (Or as they used to bellow their name on radio commercials: RAAA-AAAAAAA-TTTTTT!!!!!!)

No "mullet" tag? Seems to be a frequent enough subject on this blog to warrant one.

Speaking of "Warrant," those guys had some mullets.

Sometime in the early nineties I believe I sported this same mullet. You just called "long hair" back then--or at least you did in the 80s, but I think I was behind the times. I do remember that if you didn't cut your bangs, you were a hippy!

I console myself with the fact that David Bowie also had a mullet. But then it looked godawful on him too...

The sad fact is that artists just never get the instant audience feedback in the moment glory of performers, so I guess the next best thing is to sport an impressively shaggy mullet. If we can't have the glory, at least we can have the sexy!

Now that I have some serious male pattern baldness I miss the days when I took for granted a good blow dry...

So Mark, where are your glam shots? You know, the ones with the eyeliner and the wind machine?
